When should I receive submission confirmation or ticket update?

You should receive a confirmation of submission within a few minutes of submitting an inquiry. If you do not receive a confirmation message, please check your spam or bulk e-mail folder.  If you find our reply in your bulk/spam mail folder, select the message and mark it "Not Spam" to receive future messages from us in your inbox.

The majority of our customers have no problem receiving our replies in their main inboxes, but some e-mail servers and providers may put replies into recipients' bulk/spam mail folders. By following the process above, you’ll ensure this does not happen.

Depending on the volume of inquires we have at the time of your submission, you should receive an update from us within 2 business days.  While we do our best to respond to all inquiries as quickly as possible, on the off chance you do not hear back from us within a couple of days, feel free to check your ticket status in the help center, or check with us using the comment box of the ticket.
